苏林社区是广东省汕头市潮南区红场镇的社区。位于红场镇中部，是镇人民政府驻地所在的社区，山地丘陵地貌。[1]

相传早年林姓先人在此定居，村名一度叫林者氏村，后来为了纪念这片革命苏区而改称苏林。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代立村，名林者氏村，1955年改称苏林。1950年起归石船乡；1958年公社化，为林者氏大队；1983年起为苏林乡；1986年起设居委会；1992年改称苏林管理区；1999年又称苏林居委会。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

下有苏林、苏光两个自然村，另有镇区居民组。据博雅地名网所载，社区共有480户、3229人，苏林村占其中331户、1447人；山地4813亩，耕地313亩。[1]

居民以李姓居多，收入以外出务工为主，种植青梅、杨梅、龙眼、油甘等。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2017年10月被广东省爱国卫生运动委员会授予第一批广东省卫生村；2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
