肖渡村在练江中游南岸，是铜盂镇练江以南唯一的村庄，面积1.4平方千米。[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

元统年间（1333—1335）先人到此建村。传元顺帝年间，卓氏长者肖渡路过生病，便携家人在练江南岸搭屋居住，并设渡船往来北岸的溪东、凤田，村因而得名。[1]

1950年称和溪乡，1958年成立肖渡农业生产大队，1984年改为乡，1986年改设村委会。[1]

人口经济[edit]

5917人（1013户）；1950年后修水利、筑堤防洪；1980年代工副业兴起，石料加工厂达67家。2020至2022年列入「淘宝村」名单。[1]
