华岐村在铜盂镇南部、练江中游，因位于溪河下游分岔处，原称下岐村，后改雅称华岐，是革命老区村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

元至正二十七年（1367年），先人到此建下岐村；1958年起为华岐农业生产大队，1984年改为乡，1986年改设村委会。[1]

人口经济[edit]

2457人（452户），海外华侨和港澳台同胞700多人；耕地346亩，副业有建筑石料加工。2009年起村里规划练江南片土地发展工业片区，招商引资。[1]
