练岗村在汕头市潮阳区和平镇，原名蜈蚣寮，位于和谷路北侧，三面环山、一面平原，村边有蜈蚣山。[1]

地名与历史[edit]

村名因毗邻练江、背靠岗坡而来，旧称则因蜈蚣山得名。村志类材料称明崇祯六年（1633年）洪姓先祖从岐北迁来建村，清乾隆年间（1736—1796年）村民开山造田，分散的居民点合成一村。1958年起为练岗农业生产大队，1984年改作练岗乡，1986年建村委会，1988年改叫管理区，1999年仍为村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

简介称全村120户、620人，土地1867亩，林地占1762亩，耕地85亩，近年收入主要靠林业（简介未注年份）。[1]
