杏园社区是汕头市金平区金东街道所辖社区，居委会驻杏园8幢110房。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区因所辖为杏园住宅区而得名。[1]早期隶属金砂区金龙街道，2002年调整居委设置，将原杏园、杏园东、金环居委合并设立；2008年1月1日再分设为杏园和杏园东两个居委会，归东墩街道；2019年划入金东街道。[1]

地理环境[edit]

西起龙眼北路，东至杏园街，北抵玫瑰一街，南邻金砂中路，面积0.17平方千米。[1]

人口民族[edit]
