衡山社区属汕头市龙湖区龙祥街道，办公地在嵩山路金桂园，是主城区类型的社区[1]。

名称与沿革[edit]

辖区在衡山庄一带，故名。衡山居委会设于1997年；2002年金桂居委会并入，名称改为衡山社区居民委员会，一直用到现在[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，社区进入广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位的名单[1]。
