荔山村是珠海市斗门区乾务镇西部的行政村，明初立村，村里的黄氏宗祠建筑群为广东省文物保护单位，清代广西巡抚黄槐森即生于此。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

荔山村在明洪武年间（1368年至1398年）立村。建国初期隶中山县第八区荔华乡；其后历经荔山大队（1965年起隶斗门县乾务公社）、荔山乡（1984年，隶五山区公所）、荔山村委会（1986年，隶五山镇）；2002年划入新建的乾务镇。[1]

村名的来历有两说：一说宋代村前村后遍种荔枝，称“荔枝山”；一说据民国《香山乡土志》，明代进士黄錀的祖母崔氏让仆人沿山遍植荔枝，成林后得名。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村在乾务镇西部，南靠珠峰大道，西邻富山工业园区和新城大道，辖区面积约12平方千米，耕地6012亩，其中水稻423亩、鱼塘3959亩，花卉果树香蕉等1630亩。[1][2]

博雅地名网转载的介绍给出：常住10680人、2275户，其中本村户籍4680人，其余约6000人是外来人口。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

荔山村黄氏宗祠建筑群含月轩黄公祠、黄氏大宗祠、黄氏名贤祠，三祠坐北向南并列，总面积1667平方米，由族人及同治进士黄槐森、其兄黄德森倡议，约在1862至1876年间陆续建成。每座祠都是三间三进，祠前共有六只石狮。2008年定为斗门区文物保护单位，2011年定为珠海市文物保护单位，2015年定为广东省文物保护单位。[3]

大宗祠是明代进士黄錀与清代广西布政使黄槐森两位名人所属家族的宗祠；月轩黄公祠始建于光绪丙子年（1876年），匾额由同治壬戌状元徐郙题写；黄氏名贤祠祀黄姓历代贤人，光绪十五年（1889年）迁建。[3]

著名人物[edit]

黄槐森（1829年—1902年），荔枝山人，同治元年（1862年）进士，历任广西布政使、云南巡抚和广西巡抚，光绪二十四年（1898年）冬在桂林创办广西体用学堂；1901年辞官回乡，次年去世。[4]

2012年10月，荔山村被司法部、民政部确定为第五批全国民主法治示范村（社区）。[1]
