赖屋山社区是深圳市龙华区大浪街道的社区，由赖屋山村发展而来，2023年1月4日从原同胜社区分设成立，下辖赖屋山居委会。[1][2][3] 社区面积1.83平方千米，位于街道的中心地带。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

赖屋山村的来历可追溯到1954年的龙华乡农业合作社时期，村名取自赖屋山。[1] 2023年5月24日的街道公告，把原同胜社区分设为华荣、赖屋山两个社区，赖屋山社区的管理人口约2.31万，辖区内有“三小”场所约1062家。[2] 根据博雅地名网，社区户籍人口约2190人，有5个城中村、1个花园小区、6个工业园区。[3]

地理与设施[edit]

村在阳台山脚下的丘陵地带，龙华河流经，旁边就是赖屋山水库；华繁路、华旺路穿过村域。[1] 社区离大浪商业中心一路之隔，到地铁6号线阳台山东站不足600米，附近还有大浪体育中心和大浪街道图书馆。[3] 2023年，赖屋山村被纳入龙华区城中村综合整治项目。[1]
