历史沿革[edit]
村落始建于清代，因为早年种早稻，旧称早禾坑。[1] 1898年（清光绪二十四年），村民黄福参加领导了乌石岗起义，这次起义是本地的一件史事。[1]
地理与人口[edit]
村子位于阳台山的丘陵地带，地势平缓，附近的乌石岗海拔约50米，龙华河从村西流过。[1] 2015年户籍人口220人，以黄姓客家人为主。[1] 传统上务农，现在集体收入主要靠出租厂房，村民的钱多来自分红和房租。[1]
