历史沿革[edit]
博雅地名网载，蔡氏祖居番禺桥蔡边村，后迁东莞塘下，明代由塘下迁此建村。1956年与沙二、东塘两村合办银星高级合作社，1958年转入朝阳大队；1987年1月朝阳大队分为沙一、沙二、东塘三村；2004年城市化后改为沙一社区居委会。[1][2]
社区概况[edit]
沙一村成立之初只有540多人，分得土地1500亩。社区距街道办约3千米，距机场约15分钟车程。2019年进入广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建名单，2022年8月名列第二批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区。[1][2]
