历史沿革[edit]
村名因四周山岭形似马鞍而来；博雅地名网称清代《新安县志》已载马安山为福永司辖下的一个小村，这是村名可考的最早记录。新中国成立后曾称沙井马安山大队、马安山村民委员会，1993年1月改称沙井马安山村委会，到2004年7月，因城市化改制而改设社区居民委员会。[1][2]
人口与经济[edit]
1985年以前这里以农业为主，有耕地680亩，种水稻、花生和甘蔗。1980年代后期引进「三来一补」企业，转向工业。介绍所载社区现有厂房、宿舍20多万平方米，企业34家，户籍人口176户477人。2022年3月，被深圳市住建局认定为第一批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区。[1][2]
