麻布社区是广东省深圳市宝安区西乡街道西南部的社区，面积0.5平方公里，居民的前身是因修建石岩水库而从石岩整体迁来的麻布村村民。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
麻布村原在石岩一带。1958年石岩水库开工，按设计库容，该村正好处在蓄水区内，原宝安县决定整体搬迁，大部分村民迁到西乡翻身大队，编为一个生产小队。[1]
1960年，麻布生产队脱离翻身大队，另立麻布大队，归西乡公社。1983年7月建麻布乡，辖麻布、径贝、流塘三个自然村；1985年改称管理区，归新安镇；1986年12月转为麻布村委会，1994年划归西乡镇，2004年7月设社区居委会。[1]
地理环境与人口[edit]
社区在街道西南部，总面积0.5平方公里，径贝在东，劳动在南，盐田在西，共乐在北。2013年末常住约3.3万人：户籍者393户1211人，其余为暂住者，计32089人。[1]
荣誉[edit]
深圳市住房和建设局2022年3月把麻布社区列入「第一批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」。[2]
