东角头社区是广东省深圳市南山区蛇口街道下辖的社区，因在蛇口东南角而得名，东起后海滨路，南接望海路和海边观光长廊，北到工业七路和蛇口新街。[1] 连接香港的深圳湾口岸落在蛇口东角头一带。[2]

据博雅地名网，东角头社区总人口12990人、6406户（未注年份），辖区以住宅小区和商业为主。[1] 在2024年1月的命名中，东角头社区属2023年度全国示范性老年友好型社区；深圳市2022年8月公布的第二批绿色（宜居）社区里也有它。[1] 2025年3月，社区分出一部分地域另设海岸社区。[1][3]
