南园社区是广东省深圳市福田区南园街道下辖的社区，成立于2008年2月，东起同心路，西至爱华路，南到南园路，北靠深南中路，面积约0.35平方千米。[1]

社区概况[edit]

社区的特点是高层楼宇和辖区单位多，商业密集，商贸与居住混合。辖区有2个住宅小区、9幢商业写字楼和21栋出租屋；按博雅地名网转述的2010年6月统计，社区共4980户12044人，户籍人口占6564人。[1]辖区单位包括上步股份公司、平安银行总行、中信集团、广东核电的物业公司和市城建集团的物业公司等。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，南园社区列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2022年3月，被深圳市住房和建设局认定为首批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区。[1]
