历史沿革[edit]
龙水乡始于1952年，1958年成为龙水大队。到1983年，龙水、赤岭两个大队并成一个乡，仍叫龙水；1986年称管理区，1987年起由村民委员会管理，延续至今。[1]
荣誉[edit]
该村在2022年9月被认定为湛江市2022年文明村。[1]
