平富村是韶关市乐昌市廊田镇辖下的行政村，位于廊田镇南部，东靠白山村，南邻寨头村，西接新寮村，北与马屋村紧挨，离镇政府3公里。[1]

村子坐落在田垌之中，几乎没有山岭，面积约2平方千米，耕地1240亩，坝地约1000亩，林地46.3公顷；有4个自然村，235户1054人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所载村情，平富村在1958年设平富大队，1983年改设平富乡政府，1987年设村民委员会，1989年改称管理区，1998年又设村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

经济[edit]

据村情资料，这里地势平坦、土壤肥沃，以优质水稻为主要作物，辅以蔬菜、马蹄和香芋，村里依靠这些特色农业增加集体收入。[1]
