新白村是广东省韶关市仁化县红山镇下辖的行政村，1934年红军长征曾在此宿营，现为红色旅游与茶业并重的村。[1][4][5]

历史沿革[edit]

村以村委会驻地新白自然村得名。[2]新中国成立后设新白乡，1958年改称新白大队，1984年复称乡，1986年称村委会，1989年又设管理区，1998年撤管理区、重设村委会，名称沿用至今。[1]1971年1月，新白大队从城口公社划出，参与组建烟青人民公社。[3]

文化[edit]

1934年11月4日至9日，红军长征的红一军团直属部队和红九军团一部从城口进入新白村，历六天五夜。[4]老支书李余清回忆，那年红军路过，战士和衣露宿，买卖公平，村民烧茶做饭、照料伤员。[5]1991年，村里重建红军长征革命烈士纪念碑，村民又把红军经过的石拱桥称作「红军桥」。[4]近年建成1.1公里的红色研学休闲步道，串起红军桥、纪念碑、红色党建广场和河背村庄；村内另有党群服务中心、党史方志驿站和新时代文明实践站。[4]新白村是中组部红色村组织振兴的试点村。[4]新白村在2022年8月被确定为「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位，2023年4月又列入2022年度乡村治理示范村创建单位名单。[1]

县政府网站记，新白村被中组部选为红色村组织振兴、建设红色美丽乡村的试点；村里建有党群服务中心、村级党史方志驿站和文明实践站，一条长1.1公里的研学休闲步道，把红军桥、长征烈士纪念碑、党建广场与茶产业基地连在一起。[6]仁化文旅的推介称，村中还留有李氏宗祠。[7]

经济[edit]

2024年，新白村与广东金砂茶园有限公司合作建金砂茶产业示范园，两年来有480多亩茶园改种金砂茶；村集体经济年收入从9万元增至40余万元。[5]

地理环境[edit]

村内黄洞嶂（新洞组，海拔1056米）与城口镇交界，深江顶（新田组）海拔1041米。[4]
