历史沿革[edit]
村名的由来，据博雅地名网所载，是附近有一条叫清水江的河。[2]新中国成立后设青迳乡，1958年改称青迳大队，1984年复称乡，1986年称村委会，1989年又设管理区，1998年撤管理区、重设村委会，名称沿用至今。[1]1971年1月，清迳大队由城口公社划出，参与组建烟青人民公社。[3]
地理环境[edit]
锡坪嶂与乐昌市、汝城县交界，是两省三县的交会处，山顶有天池和寺庙仙鹤寺；青迳与新白两村交界的灵凤坳海拔1025米。[4]
