白土镇是广东省韶关市曲江区西南部的一个镇，位于北江、龙归河、马坝河三条河的交汇处，距韶关市区约14公里，在曲江县城（马坝）以西约8公里[1]。镇域面积约148平方千米，辖1个社区、11个行政村；2021年第七次全国人口普查人口约1.77万人[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1949年这一带归龙归区。1957年2月自龙归划出，设白土区；次年（1958年）5月又并回龙归乡；1961年6月恢复白土的建制，称公社。1983年11月公社改称区，1986年12月区改为镇；2001年12月白沙镇并入，形成今天的白土镇[1]。

镇名来自境内的白泥（高岭土）[1]。

地理环境[edit]

镇域原是形如天鹅的丘陵坡地，北江自镇内蜿蜒流过，沿岸线长20多公里[1]。京珠高速公路与省道253线在镇内交叉而过，北江白土河段自古是往来商船交易的集散处[1]。北江白土段的铜鼓洲有水有竹，被称为“小桂林”；古代“韶关二十四景”中的第六景“白沙烟艇”也在这一河段[1]。

经济[edit]

2021年9月，白土镇列入广东省农业农村厅公布的第三批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇名单，产业为食用菌[1]。镇内龙皇洞村种沙田柚，由坪村做腐竹，下乡、中乡、上乡等村则靠近曲江经济开发区发展二、三产业[2][3]。

历史文化街区[edit]

白土镇历史文化街区于2021年3月列入第二批广东省历史文化街区。街区在北江、龙归河、马坝河三河交汇处，清代这里有8个水运码头，有「黄金水道」之称，是商船交易的集散地[4]。区政府网站的乡镇旅游合集这样介绍白土老街：它在明清时期是岭南与中原商道上的商品集散地，墟镇沿江依托码头成形，先有河边街，再以关帝楼码头为起点向内发展，形成中大街与市场街十字相交的格局，合集还把东安寨和苏拱村列为游览点[5]。乡村振兴规划设想把街区整饰与「白沙烟艇」、广东最美古樟树、龙皇洞沙田柚、北江河鲜等连成一体开发，并提出白土、大塘两镇共同发展食用菌与蔬菜循环农业[8]。

「白沙烟艇」为古代曲江二十四景之一：该处江水缓、河床暖，渔艇昼夜往来捕鱼，渔民常对唱情歌，文人遂以此题名[5]。

特产与节庆[edit]

广东省情网介绍，白土月饼相传始创于明末，用本地土榕花生油、莲子、绿豆、鸭蛋等为料，传统品种有莲蓉、豆蓉、椰蓉三类、八种规格；每年中秋前半个月举办月饼文化节，当地又称月饼为「赏饼」[6]。区政府网站的合集还按村列出特产：苏拱的莲藕，孟洲坝的淮山，由坪的腐竹，横村的香芋，以及陕冲米酒和红坪生姜[5]。秋收时节，白土的S形稻田成为该区的摄影点[7]。
