海塱村是广东省广州市从化区江埔街道下辖的行政村，区划代码440117002220。面积约1平方千米，下设2个村民小组，博雅地名网记载总人口686人（年份未注明）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

元朝末年（约1350年），村民从太平的塱边村迁到此处定居；1987年分出自组村委，辖上堂、下堂两村；2009年迁到现址建村。[1]

经济[edit]

村在省道355线旁，土地基本被征用，收入主要来自房屋出租和返还地出租，多数劳动力在外就业。[1]2021年、2022年均列入淘宝村名单。[1]
