历史沿革[edit]
村原名刁棣村。光绪初年，村民在村后右侧山上用沙石筑起「姜公」像，村后一座小山形似钓鲤，人称「姜公钓鱼」；依刁棣的谐音和山形，改名钓鲤。1958年设钓鲤大队；1983年12月与汉田合并为凤鸣乡；1987年1月分设，改称钓鲤村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
村在从樟公路旁，山上种荔枝，水田种稻和花生，较多年轻村民外出经商、务工。[1]
著名人物[edit]
黄泽光（1890—1984），钓鲤村人，考入广州培正中学，毕业后参加政府组织的首批勤工俭学留学团赴法国，在巴黎大学学习法语。[2]
