凤院村是广东省广州市从化区江埔街道下辖的行政村，区划代码440117002217。面积约9平方千米，下设19个村民小组，博雅地名网记载总人口4963多人（年份未注明）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年设凤院大队，1983年12月起称凤院乡，1987年定名为凤院村民委员会。[1]区政府的报道称它是有近八百年历史的宋代古村。[2]

经济[edit]

村在105国道旁，离市区约2公里，多家企业在村内投资建厂；村民种荔枝、龙眼，鱼塘养四大家鱼。[1]

文化[edit]

村里设有理事会，协助村党委和村委会办理民间与宗族事务，工作涉及村史村志的搜集、族谱家谱与祠堂楹联的整理保管、春节掷彩门活动的组织，也在推动让凤院池塘（风水塘）的龙舟赛重新举办。[2]2025年初，理事会迁入村内原从化汽校旧址的一栋旧楼办公。[2]

著名人物[edit]

欧阳磊（1892—1967），字克难，号佐邦，凤院村人，毕业于保定陆军军官学校第三期步兵科。[3]
