新庄社区属广州市白云区，是石井街道辖下的一个居民委员会辖区。1957年白云山修建磨刀坑水库，库区内的居民外迁，其中一部分人迁到庆丰村东缘、石井墟交界处的小山坡边重建村庄，这一带称新庄。[1]社区居委会于2003年成立。[1]社区获评「广州市2021年绿色社区」（2021年11月），并入选「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」名单（2024年11月）。[1]
