岗贝社区在广州市白云区棠景街道，前身是岗贝村。村址在小山岗上，岗下有河流经过，河边多贝壳，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
岗贝村建于清朝。1958年建社时为岗贝大队，1984年起称岗贝村并隶属棠溪村委会。撤村建居发生在2000年，当时分出岗贝东、岗贝西和晓翠苑三个居委会，它们在2004年合为岗贝居委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
- 2022年11月被广州市住房和城乡建设局认定为广州市2022年绿色社区。[1]
