历史沿革[edit]
道光年间划归拆石铺管辖。1958年设井屈生产大队；1983年同前洞合成井屈乡；1987年建村委会，1989年一度叫管理区，1998年起定名井屈村民委员会。[2] 村名的说法是：辖区内村落相连，远看像山的弯曲处，加上以前村民要挑井水饮用。[3]
经济[edit]
农作物以水稻为主，经济作物有沙糖桔、黄皮、龙须菜、番薯等；生猪养殖近年成规模，外出务工的有480人。2020年8月，井屈村入选首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村（番薯干）。[1]
