历史沿革[edit]

东岸同样是车陂的旧地名，指车陂涌东岸一带。[1] 社区于2002年4月18日成立。[1] 辖区内有永泰直街、永泰市大街、北正大街、玉田大街、天台大街、祠堂大街、太原大街等街巷，以及丽江新村、富康新村等住宅区。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单；2022年11月获评「广州市2022年绿色社区」；2024年11月获评「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]
