1962年，石板公社的石村、贺村两个大队合并为贺村大队；1983年称贺村乡，1986年起称农村管理区，1999年设村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
贺村于2019年10月被收入「广东省卫生村」名录。[1]
