山顶社区在广州市荔湾区白鹤洞街道内，名称取自当地地势比周围高，居民习称山顶。[1]社区办公地址在芳村大道东13号203房。[1]

社区建设[edit]

山顶社区于2021年11月获评「广州市2021年绿色社区」，2024年11月又获认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]

2024年4月荔湾区政府调整街道社区设置时，山顶社区的设置保持不变。[2]社区内的老旧小区微改造一期已于2024年3月前完成，闲置空地改成了设有儿童乐园的活动空间；一墙之隔的新建商品房小区陆续交付，预计新增近一半的居民。[3]
