西村是福建省宁德市屏南县棠口镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西部，距屏南县城约6公里，距镇政府约8公里。[1]

村名来自村庄所在的白溪源头。村内下辖西村、浅圪、葫萌圪、爱岭4个自然村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年村庄划入棠口公社，称西村大队；1984年改由棠口乡管辖，设西村村委会；2018年撤乡设镇，村委会改隶棠口镇。[1]

2020年，村庄被评为「第十四届县级文明村」；2021年11月，村庄被认定为「2021年宁德市一村一品专业村」。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村庄地势平坦，但地处高山丘陵地带，平均海拔约830米，年降水量1842.3毫米。[2]

经济[edit]

村民从事橱柜生产及安装，外出流动人口较多，同时种植花椰菜、辣椒、玉米和锥栗。[2]
