新楼村是福建省宁德市蕉城区八都镇下辖的行政村，位于镇区北约2公里，国道104线南侧，村中畲族占多数。[1]

地名由来[edit]

建村之初多造新式楼房，因而得名新楼。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1957年设立新楼畲族乡，1958年改为生产大队，1984年改称新楼村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，新楼村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2026年1月，新楼村获「福建省2026年度乡村振兴示范村」称号。[1]
