南洋村位于南洋镇境内，全村面积约7平方公里，博雅地名网将其归入镇中心区，村内有千年古榕树。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村庄始建于明清时期，因地处双洋溪南段一片开阔的谷地，当地方言称之为「洋」，遂取名南洋。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1934年，此地编入保甲，属第一区南洋联保。1958年划入党泰公社，名为南洋大队；1961年析设南洋公社。[3]

1984年起属南洋乡，村名为南洋村；2013年9月南洋撤乡改为镇，村仍属之。[3]

文化[edit]

镇政府网站载，南洋村有千年古榕树。[1]

2021年11月，南洋村获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2021年1月，被命名为「龙岩市2020年度平安村居（社区）」。2021年4月，村被评为「2020年度福建省乡村振兴实绩突出村」。2022年7月，被认定为「2022年漳平市一村一品专业村」（茶叶）；2023年12月，被认定为「2023年度福建省一村一品专业村」（漳平水仙茶）。[2]
