南洋镇位于福建省龙岩市漳平市西北部，距市区19公里，是漳平水仙茶的主产地。[1][2] 镇域以低山丘陵为主，森林与水脉资源丰富，是漳平市的第二水源保护地。[1] 双洋溪流经境内，九鹏溪景区也在此地。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1934年，此地分设南洋联保，归第一区管辖；1940年为党洋乡。1944年，党洋乡与登泰乡合并，成为「党泰示范乡」，1952年隶属党泰乡，1955年改称南洋乡。[3]

1958年归入党泰公社，所辖有南洋、党口、兴仑、暖洲、北寮等大队；1961年另设南洋公社，1984年改称南洋乡，2013年9月再改为南洋镇。[3]

博雅地名网所载的地名由来一条：此地在双洋溪下游暖州村尾，溪中有一处两山夹峙的险滩，方言称「硿」，地处其内者俗称「硿内」；后因「硿」「涵」方言音近，又称「涵内」。[3]

全境属中央苏区范围，永兴村内有福星堂等红色旧址。[1] 明代旅行家徐霞客曾两度乘船游览境内的九鹏溪。[1][4]

镇域国土面积为96平方千米；耕地有6408亩，林地以森林面积12.68万亩为主。这组数字见于镇政府网站的乡镇介绍页，该页未注统计年份。[1]

双洋溪自境内流过。南洋村的村名取自双洋溪南段一片平坦的谷地，当地方言称之为「洋」。[3][6]

镇政府网站的乡镇介绍页记有两项人口数，户籍7848人，常住4566人，该页未注统计年份。[1] 同站2023年11月发布的一篇乡镇动态则写作全镇2886户、8454人，未注明人口口径。[2] 两处数字不同，此处各自照录出处。

经济[edit]

水仙茶是镇内的主导产业，镇域是乌龙茶类中唯一的紧压茶生产基地，并设有国家级水仙茶综合生产标准化示范基地，获「中国水仙茶之乡」的称号。[1][2] 据博雅地名网，此地种茶的历史可以上溯到元代。[7]

2022年，「漳平水仙茶制作技艺」进入联合国教科文组织的非遗名录；同年，南洋镇获批国家级农业产业强镇，并获批省级乡村治理示范镇和省级乡村振兴示范镇。[1][2]

镇政府网站称，镇内有文化娱乐场所十余处，老人活动中心有九处；群众文化活动包括文化创作、戏剧弹唱、山歌、摄影等。[1] 南洋镇先后获评省级文明乡镇。[1]

2024年4月，南洋镇列入「第三批省级乡村振兴示范乡镇创建对象」名单。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

九鹏溪景区位于镇内，2004年正式开发，占地约1800公顷，景区以「水上茶乡」为定位，依托九鹏溪水域与周边茶园，融合森林旅游与人文旅游。[4][5] 镇政府网站将其列为国家3A级景区。[1]

境内另有石牛岽千年古茶树，红林村有瑶坑千年桂花王，南洋村有千年古榕树，此外还有茶坑老鹰崖瀑布、风洞等自然景观。[1]
