西村村是福建省龙岩市连城县新泉镇下辖的行政村，位于新泉镇区的西面。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村庄坐落在新泉的西面，因而称西村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年前俗称公馆前，归新泉区新西保新泉联保办事处管理。1949年后隶属新泉区崇新村，1956年组建初级社，1958年设西村大队，1959年改为管委会。[1]

1984年设西村村委会，归新泉乡；1999年撤乡建镇后，西村村委会归新泉镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，西村村被命名为福建省卫生村。2024年7月，经认定为县级一村一品专业村，主导产业是黄金百香果。[1]
