南阳村是福建省龙岩市上杭县南阳镇下辖的行政村，是全镇的集镇所在地，也是镇内人口最多的行政村。[1][2]

205国道与县道南涂公路贯穿全村。村内有镇中心小学、南阳中学和龙田中学。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村名由来：村内洋塅较大，地势平缓，又在长汀县之南，原称南洋，后演变为南阳。[1]

耕地2000余亩，人均不足半亩；山林8000余亩，为博雅地名网所载，未注明年份。[2]

人口民族[edit]

全村1169户、5411人，常住人口过万，为博雅地名网所载，未注明年份。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

涂氏约600多年前自长汀县涂坊迁入，黄氏与罗氏约500多年前迁入，康氏约400多年前自长汀迁入。[3]

1929年土地革命时在沙下坪设乡苏维埃。1930年6月，红四军前委与闽西特委的联席会议在龙田书院召开。[3]

民国时期设保，归长汀县三平区管辖。解放初设村农会分会，1956年改组为高级社。[3]

1958年1月划入上杭县后，同年10月公社化，设南阳、化成、洪田三个大队，属南阳公社。1984年后改为南阳乡的南阳村民委员会，1988年起改属南阳镇。[3]

文化[edit]

村内的龙田中学，据博雅地名网所载，是陈丕显的母校龙田书院的所在。[2]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月把南阳村列为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
