仁和村隶属适中镇，位于新罗区、永定区与南靖县三县（区）交界处，是适中镇第二大村。村名寓意村民仁厚、和睦。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村境海拔约637米，四周群山环抱，中间是一个小盆地。适中溪、长塔溪、南墩溪在村内蜿蜒流过，农田水利条件较好。村内煤炭资源丰富。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初，王墘、安彬、保太、北山等七个自然村合组为仁和乡，归适中区管辖。1957年撤区并乡后，划入永和乡。[1]

1958年成立仁和大队，1961年划分为保太、安彬、王墘、北山四个大队，1965年又合并为仁和大队，1984年改称仁和村委会。[1]

社会与教育[edit]

新中国成立前，村民以农为生，田地多为地主所有，生活艰苦。20世纪70年代，村里开始兴办企业，先后有铸造厂、机砖厂等。[1][2]

各自然村历来重视教育，旧时有多处学堂与书院。1950年办起仁和小学，1956年它与保太小学并为永和中心小学；1978年又加设初中班，校名改为仁和学校。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村南的山峰上有文明塔，为八角形土塔，现存九层。[3]

村内北山自然村有仁和天成寨，为清代建筑。保太自然村有庆云楼，为谢姓民居。两者详见适中镇条目。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

省爱卫办在2021年11月公布仁和村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

2022年8月，村庄被认定为龙岩市2022年市级「一村一品」专业村（芹菜）；2022年12月，被确定为福建省「一村一品」专业村（叶菜类蔬菜）。[1]

2022年10月，村庄获「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」称号。2023年12月，村庄入选「龙岩市2023年度乡村振兴示范村镇」名单。[1]

2025年11月，村庄获「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」认定。[1]
