仁寿村是仁寿镇人民政府的驻地，位于顺昌县北部，与建阳、邵武、建瓯三地交界，海拔224米。村名取“仁者益寿”之意，旧称顺阳，又名仁阳。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1952年这里设仁寿公社，属顺昌县第五区；1958年改为仁寿大队，划入仁寿管理区。1961年又归仁寿公社。1984年，这里设仁寿村村民委员会，归仁寿乡管辖；1994年撤乡设镇后隶属仁寿镇。[1]

2011年，村里有1287户、4599人。[2]

全村面积28.78平方千米，海拔224米，是全镇的政治、经济和交通中心。[1][2]
