上陈村是福建省漳州市诏安县西潭镇下辖的行政村，位于镇政府驻地东北约2.6千米处。村中有一座清代古墓，被公布为县级文物保护单位。[1]

地理与人口[edit]

村子在溪流下游的平原上，东面靠近东溪，西面与新春村相邻，北部为岑头村，南部与军寮村相接。聚落顺溪岸排开，呈狭长形。陈、沈、吴、郑四姓居多。[1]

全村有931户、3304人，分为21个村民小组，耕地2019亩，主要种植水稻、蔬菜与果树。村中设有一所中心小学与一处医疗室。[1]

文物[edit]

村子西北部、明斋山的缓坡上，有一座名为「上陈陈闽兴登仕郎墓」的古墓葬，年代为清代。该墓的保护范围按墓祭台向四周外延划定，2016年6月28日起公布为诏安县第十六批县级文物保护单位。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，上陈村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初此地属第三区上陈乡，经第六区、西潭区两次划分，1958年撤区并乡后归美营乡，同年并入幸福人民公社，1959年转入红旗公社，1964年起隶属西潭人民公社，1984年10月改为西潭乡上陈村。[1]
