东门村位于福建省漳州市漳浦县六鳌镇南部，在六鳌山东坡的山腰，地处陆鳌城东门内外，东与山门村相邻，南隔六鳌山与下寮村为邻。1984年4月设立东门村，辖新社、旧社两个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

自明清经民国至解放后，东门村的政区沿革与六鳌城附近各村大体相同。1984年4月，村名定为东门村。[2]

六鳌古城东门[edit]

村子处在六鳌古城东门一带。东城墙与南城墙之间是一道临海的濠沟，沟外的深谷名南门坑，一路通到海底，成为一处天然深港。修城时为防倭寇，南面没有开城门，改在南墙上置放铳炮，据传炮火曾击沉倭寇的战船。新中国成立后，潜水人员在海底见过古船的残骸，也捞起过被海水蚀坏的铁锚。城墙内外生着数十株榕树，村民生活在树荫下。[1][2]

庙宇与民俗[edit]

六鳌山东北端的广平尊王庙供奉东汉将军吴汉，村民尊他为王公。王公木像据传是从海上漂来，村民打捞上岸后立庙供奉。原本每年农历六月二十四日请戏班演出，为王公庆寿；2012年起，因六、七月正值捕捞白带鱼，村里改在农历五月十八日过节，六月二十四日则改为全猪奉祀。[2]

经济[edit]

村民以渔业为主要收入来源，有捕捞船与养殖船，也经营定置网、网箱养殖，农作物以番薯为主。[2]
