新厝村是福建省漳州市龙海区隆教畲族乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境西南部，又称新厝畲族村，因为是畲族聚居地而得此别称。[1]

村名的来历是建村晚于周边各村，故称「新厝」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1946年，此地先属镇海乡新厝保，1950年起划归海澄县第三区管辖。1958年4月撤区并乡后设新厝乡；同年9月改为红旗公社下的新厝生产营，1959年转入港尾人民公社，称新厝生产大队。[1]

1984年，此村称龙海县港尾乡新厝村。1988年，村子改属隆教畲族乡，辖后沙等8个自然村；1993年起改设为龙海市隆教畲族乡新厝村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2023年9月，本村获认定为「漳州市2023年度市级一村一品专业村」，主产西兰花；2025年3月，又入选「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
