东门社区位于鲤城区东部，北边沿东街，南边到凤池巷，东侧靠温陵路，西侧止于菜巷。社区是新建的现代居住小区与老城区交错而成的地方。[1][2]

社区内有施琅故居、万正色故居等历史人物的旧居，以及圣公宫等民间信仰场所。[1][3][4]

名胜古迹[edit]

施琅故居与万正色故居都在东门社区。《泉州市市、县级文物保护单位实有名录》中，万正色故宅列于东门社区，年代为清代。[1][4]

圣公宫位于东街第三巷南端86号，据百度百科，它始建年代不详，现存主体建于清光绪年间。殿内东西两壁上的四幅水墨壁画成于1885年，即清光绪十一年；1998年，它被公布为第四批泉州市文物保护单位之一。[3][4]
