新楼村是福建省三明市大田县梅山镇下辖的行政村，位于梅山镇区一带，与郭井、梅山、秀岭等村相邻。[1]

村名的来历是清乾隆年间，梅山坑门祠的一支在路旁建起楼房，人们因此称这里为“新楼”。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代此地属大田县四十八都。这里原为梅山公社的良种场，1974年仍以良种场为名。[1]

1984年，此地划为行政村，归梅山乡管辖。2018年梅山乡改为梅山镇后，村民委员会的隶属关系随之转到镇一级。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村境以丘陵为主，海拔约300米。际头溪自西书村一带流来，穿过村子，注入沧州河。[2]

产业[edit]

村民多以种植业为生，作物有毛竹、芦柑、木薯，此外还产茶叶和生姜。[2]

荣誉[edit]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月把新楼村列为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

2024年7月，新楼村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
