新厝村是福建省厦门市同安区洪塘镇的行政村，位于镇的西北部。[1]

地名由来[edit]

据传明代旧居毁坏后，村民在此另建新居，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1943年为同禾乡新埔保，1950年划入洪塘乡，1959年仍在洪塘大队内。1961年分出为新厝大队，1984年改称新厝村委会。[1]
