龙村位于葛岭镇北部，是一个山地村庄，全村有两个自然村。境内有龙门峡谷景区。[1][2]

村名由来[edit]

相传闽侯岐山有一支山脉起伏如龙，延伸经闽侯双峰到达本村，又穿过一处名为龙门坑的山口，村因此得名龙村。[2]

景观[edit]

龙门峡谷景区内有多处天然瀑布，其中两处高约80多米。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属丰和乡保安里六都，民国时属东区。1961年成为葛岭人民公社的龙村大队，1984年改设乡后称龙村村委会，1992年随乡改镇，归葛岭镇管辖。[1]

产业[edit]

村中竹林与林地较多，粮食作物以水稻、甘薯为主，水果有柿、雪柑、枇杷、芦柑和李等。[2]
