南洋村为福州市罗源县白塔乡的一个行政村，位于乡境东北部，海拔240米，村民均为畲族。村名取自村庄在河谷平地之南。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明至清末，此地属东隅里；民国时期归一区，并隶凤山镇和鳌塔乡，1950年隶一区白塔乡。1952年改属六区浿溪乡，1958年归城关区浿溪大队。1961年析出另设南洋大队，划入城关区白塔公社；1965年并入城郊公社，1966年隶白塔公社。“文革”时期更名阳光大队，并由革委会管理，1980年复名南洋，1983年复为大队管委会，1984年改设村委会，隶属白塔乡。[1]

文化[edit]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予南洋村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2019年12月，南洋村入选「第一批国家森林乡村」名单；2021年12月，村庄被确定为「2021年度福建省“一村一品”示范村」，主导产业为砂糖橘。2025年3月，被认定为「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
