新中社区位于萧山区盈丰街道最东侧，前身为新中村。村庄1984年建立，2022年4月由村改居成立社区，面积1.7平方公里。[1]

辖区[edit]

东面以利群河为界，南面是振宁路，西邻盈一社区，北邻盈二社区。区内道路有鸿宁路、市心北路、利华路、振宁路与机场城市大道，辖区内设有一处地铁口。[1]

户籍人口为3020人，另有流动人口5578余人。居委会下设11个居民小组。[1]
