中村社区隶属转塘街道，1984年为中村行政村，2013年由村改居，称社区。[1]

沿革[edit]

建国初此地属杭县定山乡。1958年归杭州市上泗公社的一个管理区，设中村生产队。1961年成为西湖区转塘公社的中村大队，1984年称中村行政村。[1]

2013年撤村建居，改称中村社区。[1]

党建与服务[edit]

中村村党支部发挥村党组织的领导核心作用推动工作，重视班子建设，为群众办实事。[2]

社区设服务大厅，民政、低保、劳动保障等窗口集中办理，实行「一站式」服务。[2]
