大沟村是广东省阳江市阳东区大沟镇下辖的行政村，城乡分类属镇乡结合区。村名与一条深长的河沟有关：明初先人在河沟边建村，此后村西设集市，即大沟圩。[1]
行政沿革[edit]
村庄建于明末。解放后阳江县重新设区乡，此地先为大沟乡，隶大沟区；1958年成为大沟生产队，1961年设大沟管理委员会。1983年大沟改设为区，此村随之设大沟乡；1986年为大沟管理区；1999年起由大沟村委会管理。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，大沟村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
