石壁村是兴宁市龙田镇下辖的行政村，村名来自官田河边的一处石崖。[1]
地名与沿革[edit]
官田河畔有座石山，山崖陡直如墙，崖下的村子叫石壁下，后省称石壁。[1]石壁原附于水陂（1951年为水陂乡，1958年并入水陂大队），1961年才分出自成大队；1983年称乡；1987年称村；1989年改管理区；1999年改村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2017年10月，获“第一批广东省卫生村”称号。[1]
