五福村是兴宁市罗岗镇辖下的行政村。新中国成立初期由湴田背、解湖、高梘、大船坑、下坪里五个自然村组成，定名五联村；后为纪念当年的五福红色政权，改称五福。[1]
名称与沿革[edit]
村原名五联。1926年，这里建有名为五福苏维埃政府的红色政权。1949年设五联村农会，1951年为五联乡，1958年为五联大队。1981年地名普查，因与别处大队重名，改叫五福大队；1983年称乡政府，1987年称管理区，1999年成立村民委员会。[2]
