联兴村是兴宁市罗岗镇辖下的行政村。相传数百年前村中有一片约1平方千米的湖，湖里长莲，叫莲湖；后来几个村庄合成一个大村，取名联兴。[1]
名称与沿革[edit]
1951至1956年，设联兴乡，1958年，名为联一大队，1962至1984年，名为联兴大队，1984年，名为联兴乡，1987年，名为联兴村，1989年，为管理区，1999年，改名为联兴村民委员会。[2]
